The Institute of Supply and Materials Management (ISMM) successfully hosted its 2nd Certificate Awards Ceremony for 2026 on 1st August 2026 at the Faculty of Graduate Studies, celebrating the achievements of over 350 Learning Partners who successfully completed professional programmes in Supply Chain Management and related disciplines.
The ceremony was graced by Mr. Thushara Jayasuriya, Director / Chief Executive Officer of Spectra Logistics, as the Chief Guest, together with Mr. Lilantha Subasinghe, President of ISMM; Dr. (Eng.) Sanath Divakara, Vice President and Chairman – Professional Development & Training Committee; Vice President Mr. Dimuka Hemantha, General Secretary Mr. Sameera Landekumbura, Council Members, faculty members; staff and invited guests.
Learning Partners from programmes covering Store Keeping, Stores Management, Procurement Management, International Trade & Logistics, Import & Export Procedures, and Supply Chain Analytics were recognised for their successful completion.
Addressing the gathering, the President of ISMM highlighted the importance of continuous learning, professional development, and adaptability in today’s rapidly evolving Supply Chain environment.
With a legacy spanning over five decades, ISMM continues to contribute to the development of competent and future-ready Supply Chain and Logistics professionals in Sri Lanka through industry-relevant education, professional training, and continuous learning opportunities.
