The Institute of Supply and Materials Management (ISMM), the pioneer national professional institute in Sri Lanka, held the graduation ceremony for the Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management (English) 1-2022 and the Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management (English) 1-2022 programs, proudly graduating 92 students. The event, held at the Main Auditorium of the Western Province Aesthetic Resort, on 15th June 2024, marked the culmination of a rigorous one-year program.
The ceremony was graced by the presence of Mr. Gayan Lakshan Perera, President of the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing-SLIM, who served as the Chief Guest. Mr. Gayan inspired the graduates with his insightful speech, emphasizing the importance of dedication and continuous learning in their professional journeys.
Special congratulations were extended to the top achievers from each batch. In the Advanced Diploma in Logistics and Warehouse Management – English 1/2022, the honorees were:
- 1st in Order of Merit: M. Eranga Chandimal
- 2nd in Order of Merit: P.G. Ruvini Nimasha Kannangara
- 3rd in Order of Merit: N. Anjana Wickramasinghe
For the Advanced Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management – English 1/2022, the top performers were:
- 1st in Order of Merit: A. L. Shiromi Priyadarshani Perera
- 2nd in Order of Merit: K.A.D Lakshika Udari
- 3rd in Order of Merit: J.A.D Tharaka Jayakody
These students were recognized for their outstanding academic performance and commitment to excellence.
