AN online Webinar organized by Alumni Committee of ISMM was conducted on "Human Capital Management for an Effective Supply Chain During a Pandemic" was organised by the Alumni on 16th September 2021 from 07.30 p.m to 08.30 p.m via ZOOM Platform.

Resource Person was Prof. Nalin Abeysekera, Professor in Management Studies, Open University of Sri Lanka. Panellists were Ms.Imali Jayathilake, General Manager Group Human Resources, Hayleys Advantis Limited and Mr. Dharshana Wijemanne, Treasurer of ISMM, General Manager Advantis 3PL Plus. The Moderator was Mr. I. G. Perera Immediate Past President of ISMM / Consultant. Present at the event were President of ISMM Mr.Sarath Gamage, Vice President Mr. Jayantha Gallahewa, General Secretary Mr. Ranil Abeysekera Chairman of the Alumni Committee Mr.Sanjaya Gunasekera, Secretary of the Alumni Committee Mr. Dharshana Jayasinghe, Director Training Capt. Akram Alavi (Rtd),and Admin & IT Assistant Chamara Silva.
